Description We are in search of an Account Manager to join our team based in New York. This role is central to our operations, focusing on managing service delivery and workflow in a client-focused business environment. The Account Manager will also play a vital role in ensuring the quality of output from the Office Services team, and providing support to clients.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the workflow duties of a team
• Collaborate closely with clients to establish new processes and workflows
• Ensure the quality of output from the Office Services team by implementing quality controls
• Handle administrative duties, including adherence to timekeeping policies
• Act as a senior point of contact in the absence of the Sr. Account Manager
• Take on complex legal print and records jobs, overseeing associates on site
• Promote operational excellence by implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage workflow, conduct audits, and provide client support
• Assist in the management of projects and requests
• Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality
• Investigate and resolve issues escalated by portfolio clients
• Manage overall performance metrics of accounts/departments against contract targets. Requirements • Excellent customer service skills are required.

• Understanding of business operations is crucial.
• Demonstrated capability in planning and executing tasks.
