Account Manager BeNeLux DACH
Job Purpose

Dana is a global leader in the supply of highly engineered driveline, sealing, and thermal-management technologies that improve the efficiency and performance of vehicles with both conventional and alternative-energy powertrains. Serving three primary markets – passenger vehicle, commercial truck, and off-highway equipment – Dana provides the world's original-equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket with local product and service support through a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution facilities.

 

We're looking for a Sales Account Manager to support the Off Highway Mobile business in Benelux, Germany, Swiss, Austria.

Maintaining regular contacts with existing Customers and finding new ones offering Dana products together with technical support on the applications

Be THE link to the customer, and enable growth with existing and new customers

Reporting and monitoring the results of all activities developed in the area through personal visits, offers, etc. on a regular basis to improve the general knowledge of the area

Supporting colleagues with great team coaching spirit, visiting their customers and assuring the best technical and commercial support in order to improve the sales of the area

Establish tactical plan to maximize company sales and profitability

Lead internal Dana teams (to include Purchasing, Engineering, and others) to achieve regional objectives

Maintain current knowledge of competitor’s activity and significant changes

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar education

Commercial and technical sales background

Minimum 5 years direct working/engagement with Key Accounts or managing an area

Experience and knowledge of the Off-Highway industry, customers, platforms, processes

Strong ability to build and maintain relationships

Solution-oriented and analytical approach

Fluent English + Excellent German languages skills

Creative thinking approach to integrate diverse ideas and perspectives together with a visionary mindset

Willingness to travel 50%

Comfortable in working in a high-performance culture where engagement has a high priority
