The Account Manager is responsible for generating revenue and attaining their quota by selling the company's software and services to new customers in a designated territory or industry.

What you will be doing Develop a comprehensive sales plan to meet/exceed established quotaResearch and identify target customersProspect and develop business relationships with potential customersLeverage knowledge and experience to educate potential customers on the benefits of the company’s solutionRecord all customer account information in the CRM, including opportunities, commitments, significant conversations, customer visits or sales callsSupport sales solution engineers in the development and presentation of software demonstrations to potential customersProvide information and support the Request for Proposal (RFP) processEnsure effective transition of new prospects/end-users from pre-sale process to implementation; remain actively involved in processDevelop and communicate accurate sales forecasting on a real-time basisDevelop and maintain pipelineEvaluate new lead prospects generated by sales associates and qualify as genuine sales opportunities, as appropriateActively contribute ideas to improve sales process and overall growth and quality of the sales teamContinue to grow knowledge and awareness of best practices and market trends What will make you successful Fluent in English and PortugueseAssociate's Degree or equivalent experienceExperience in salesMicrosoft Windows and Office proficientDemonstrated ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of othersStrong at gaining consensus across multiple departments and leadership levelsStrong oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tactHighly organized and experienced at successfully multi-taskingSelf-motivated with the ability to manage work to completion with minimal oversightStrong collaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areasUp to 50% travel time requiredOr an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
