WE LOVE OUR WORK. This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to clients and team members and uphold company standards of customer service.Understand and adhere to all company and Marketing Department standards, policies and proceduresEstablishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accountsGenerates marketing strategies for assigned customers and assists with campaign production and executionMeets assigned targets for profitable revenue volume and strategic objectives in assigned accountsWorks with customers and in-house design team to redesign gaming areas to have a custom theme and brandPromotes new gaming area and brand accordinglyCold calls on potential new locations. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to clients and other team members of the organization. Must possess a pleasant outgoing personality and portray a professional temperament for dealing with varied internal and external guest situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
