Position Purpose:
The Account Manager is responsible for growing and scaling revenue for an assigned portfolio of existing Pro account relationships. The Account Manager utilizes reporting and customer satisfaction results to discover incremental Pro sales growth opportunities within an assigned region. The Account Manager should act as a strategic partner to Pro customers and have the ability to enhance existing relationships and collaborate with both internal and external parties by demonstrating excellent customer service.
