What you will do:
Build a solid understanding of Ecolab products, plant operations, customer business objectives, and applicable government regulationsPrepare and deliver sales presentations on Ecolab's innovative products, equipment and servicesProvide industry expertise to customers in terms of sanitation, safety, quality and operations; including assisting with sanitation plans and programs, standard operating procedures, evaluating processes and procedures, identifying and implementing operational efficiencies, and employee trainingDevelop strategic work plans for completing sales and service calls with new and existing customersCommunicate effectively with all levels of plant staff; build strong business relationships and networksManage Ecolab products and equipment; participate in equipment installations, observe and test equipment and product performance, repair or adjust equipment, adjust chemical concentration levels, monitor product inventory and place ordersQualification
Bachelor's degree in food science, biotechnology, microbiology, chemical engineering, chemistry, or a related field.2+ years of experience in food manufacturing (Production/ QA/ QC or others is preferable or2+ years of experience in sales in the Food & Beverage beverage or dairy processing/manufacturing industriesSales and/or customer service experienceGeneral mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilityDesire to succeed in a competitive environmentAbility to prioritize multiple projects and adapt to changing prioritiesRelationship management and consulting abilitiesAbility to take initiative and work independentlyStrong follow-through and organizational skillsOur Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
