ArchCare Senior Life (PACE) is a long-term Medicaid/Medicare plan designed specifically for seniors who need nursing home level care but want to stay at home. With PACE, participants have a dedicated Care Team to coordinate everything, so they are able to live comfortably where they are, knowing they'll get the coordinated care they need. PACE provides and coordinates care at our Wellness Centers, in patients' homes, and in other settings.

Opportunity to learn from other disciplines, which enhances your individual clinical practiceTeam supports your efforts, and you get to support them as wellYour work results in most participants being able to live in their own homes and communities, instead of living in a skilled nursing facility - this provides the highest quality of life for participants, as they can continue to be active members of their community Responsibilities Correspond directly with the prospective participants to provide plan education and qualification screeningSchedule assessments and mail information to prospective participantsBecome an expert about PACE program eligibility requirements, services and benefits to accurately describe PACE offerings through lead generation processObtain referral details to assess and determine appropriate next steps for expeditious enrollment processingAddress eligibility issues, application processing and referrals; evaluate factors unique to each referralWork closely with referral sources, account managers, clinical nurses and provider relations to ensure all and tasks are efficiently completed associated with the enrollment processMaintain compliance with state, federal and PACE regulatory requirementsMonitor and report performance measures to improve delivery and execution of onboarding procedures (CDPAS enrollment, acquisition of entitlements, logistical delivery of service plans, request for provider network recruitment, etc.)Collect and review completeness of all required documents for processing enrollment transactions and reconciliation of enrollment filesMaintain knowledge of all applicable CMS, DOH, and PACE-specific guidelines, including organizational and departmental policies and proceduresMaintain compliance with Medicaid, Medicare, and PACE regulations

 

Job Type: Full Time, Day

 

Qualifications 1-3 years’ experience in account management/sales, ideally for a Managed Care plan

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree Salary

$70,000 - $85,000 per year

Modest commission structure in addition to the base salary
