**Job Summary:**
Responsible for assisting with the management of customer accounts as it relates to research, follow up and tool creation in partnership with team members. Track transportation spend and shipments for inbound and outbound transactions communicating issues to team members. The successful candidate will interact daily with senior level team members to recommend continuous improvement to supply chain practices, cost reductions and customer satisfaction.
+ Support senior team members in their role as an advocate for the customer. Provide data, research, analytics and tools to assist with team members’ accounts
+ Act as a liaison between the Estes corporate office and the customer supply chain team to identify and resolve problems for specific customer
+ Work with Estes departments such as Pricing, Time Critical, Payment Services, Sales, Operations and others to assist in problem identification and resolution
+ Assist with creation of technological improvements to allow clients to secure necessary information faster and with less cost
+ Collaborate with sales teams to identify and communicate opportunities to enhance existing supply chain engagement with Estes
+ Partner with team members to prepare data, analytics and research for quarterly business reviews
+ Build sustainable relationships with internal team members, and some external customers
+ Regular attendance is required.

**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in logistics or business related fields of discipline, or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
+ Strong customer facing/service skills with the ability to perform effectively in a matrix organization required
+ Ability to identify problems, research and implement sustainable solutions required
+ “Out of the box” thinking to develop new approaches to solve existing problems
+ Excellent communication (verbal, written and listening) and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels, internal and external to Estes
+ Proficient in software applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
+ Must be able to lift approximately 20 lbs., or more if required by the essential functions of the job.
+ Must be able to comply with all company policies, rules, procedures and Code of Conduct
+ Must be able to interact well with others
+ Must be able to work independently, or in a team setting
+ Must be capable of working under tight time constraints in a high volume environment with multiple priorities
+ Responds well to questions; Ability to read, interpret and comply with written information and documents such as safety rules, operations / procedure manuals and maintenance instructions with a high comprehension and concentration level to include the ability to meet deadlines
+ Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, random drug and/or alcohol tests, and will be subject to a criminal history background check
+ Must be authorized to work in the United States
