As an Account Manager II at Honeywell Building System in\nChangi, Singapore, you will be responsible for managing and expanding\nrelationships with our key accounts within the building systems industry. You\nwill focus on understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and\nensuring a high level of satisfaction to promote long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop\n and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key\n accounts.
Understand\n customer needs and requirements to promote company solutions effectively.
Expand\n the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing\n solutions that meet their objectives.
Serve\n as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
Achieve\n sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate\n the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and\n management resources, to meet account performance objectives and\n customers’ expectations.
Negotiate\n contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.
Keep\n abreast of the latest industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Key Experience & Capabilities:
Education Required:
Bachelor’s\n degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related\n field. A Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Proven\n experience in account management or other relevant experience in the\n building systems industry.
Demonstrated\n ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at\n all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
3-6\n years of BMS account managing experience
Experience\n in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
Excellent\n listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong\n verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency\n in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Understanding\n of building systems and their applications is preferred.
Years of Experience:
Minimum\n 3 years of account management or sales experience, specifically within the\n building systems industry or related field.
