Job ResponsibilitiesServe existing customers, maintain daily orders, discuss customer needs and build strong long-term relationships.Meet or exceed sales targets on a quarterly basis.Manage territory information by recording opportunities, effectively managing accounts, and acquiring competitor status updates.Maintain daily run rates of consumable reagents and identify benchtop instrument needs.Promote new product information and other general information to customers, incorporating these activities into the forecast plan.Manage selling prices within the territory to balance profitability and coverage.Investigate and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a customer happiness rate of over 90%.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (TAS, TSS, CS, Logistic, and Service) to build opportunities and successfully complete deals.Job RequirementsProven experience in a sales role, preferably within the scientific or related industry.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to determine customer needs and provide tailored solutions.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Knowledge of territory management and competitor analysis.Capacity to promote new products and integrate this information into sales strategies.Ability to handle customer complaints and achieve high happiness rates.Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
