Responsibilities:

- To establish good and trustful relationship with clients. Understand needs and respond effectively with preliminary point of view.

- Drive business development activities and new opportunities in existing clients in accordance with BU’s goal, by working with other teams through shaping, solution, negotiation to win.

- Plan and prioritize working arrangements to lead right engagement with clients and the organization.

- Work with delivery & operation team on the performance & progress of existing footprint.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or Finance. Master’s degree is a plus.

- More than 5 years of working experience in Life Science & Healthcare industry as a Business Development, Business Analysis or Product Manager.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skill. Ability to work with multi-cultural and geographically distributed teams.

- Strong comprehensive analysis capability, quick learning ability and organization ability.

- Strong ownership of portfolio build up. Result driven and self-motivated.

- Familiar to MS Office 365, PPT, Excel & Word.

- Nice to have industry knowledge of Hi Tech(Internet, Streaming Services or Semi-Conduct) or Media & Consulting Firm.

- Nice to have Digital technology and service oriented experience.
