Account Manager - Mascot Shop
Job Title: Account Manager – Mascot Shop     Responsibilities: In the role of Accounts Manager for Mascot Shop, you will partner with our customers to educate them, address their business challenges, and drive revenue growth to meet our targets. You will focus on nurturing customer relationships, creating revenue opportunities, and ensuring long-term retention and loyalty. Your ability to analyze data and understand trends will be crucial, as you will communicate insights and make actionable recommendations to stakeholders. This position requires strong collaboration with Senior Sales, Product, and Operations teams to enhance processes and foster teamwork. Serve as the knowledgeable partner and leader of Mascot Shop products, website, and solutions, ensuring customer needs are met Deliver the highest level of sales and customer service to our customers Evaluate success metrics and drive performance using data.  Report on key outcomes and suggest areas for improvement Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing customers, adding value to their accounts and growing revenue Proactively engage with customers to uncover their needs and opportunities for additional support or products Work cross-functionally with key business partners to drive incremental revenue and increase customer satisfaction.  Educate key stakeholders on performance metrics, insights, and how to drive greater results Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues that arise Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups Gather feedback from customers and share insights with internal teams to drive product enhancements and improve overall customer experience   Required:   Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service. Proven experience and track record as an account manager or in a similar customer-facing role, including but not limited to digital marketing and analytics. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Suite Office. Programmatic strategy and implementation experience. Excellent organizational, task prioritization, relationship-building, and communication (written and verbal) skills. Ability to influence process improvement that scales broadly, inventing and simplifying within existing processes.   Preferred:   Experience in new business development and market expansion.   About Jostens: Jostens leads the student commemoration market and has been serving local communities for over 125 years.
