Job Purpose and Summary:

Contributes to sales, account management, and business retention for the organization's products and services in support of profitable growth and other business objectives and goals. Assists departments by performing support tasks to facilitate resolution of customer problems.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Provides support to Account Managers in managing client accounts by assisting with account onboarding, gathering client information, updating customer profiles, and maintaining accurate records through SFDC.Compliance driven equipment auditResponds to customer issues or complaints by coordinating with the appropriate departments or teams.Participate in local Success Team collaborationDevelops a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively address client inquiries and provide accurate information.Promote and train on Omnicare Initiatives to support client needsManages customer databases, updates report, maintains documentation, and coordinates with internal teams to ensure smooth problem-solving processesEngages with clients to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities by identifying customer needs, recommending additional products or services, and collaborating with the sales/account management team to expand business within existing accounts.Drive utilization of key Omnicare Programs and ServicesCollaborates with internal departments such as clinical, operations, and account management to align efforts and provide a seamless customer experience through valued meetings.Develop meeting cadence to align audit requirements and customer needs while supporting company value prop.Deliver non-clinical facility training and support new program implementation.Assist Manager on all contract renewals within assigned book of business.Mitigate risk through client relationships and knowing the customerUnder the supervisor of a pharmacist, Medications storage audits of include medication carts and medication storage rooms

Required Education:

High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED)

Minimum (Required) Qualifications

+2 years of customer facing experience Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician as required by state law.100% field workValid drivers’ license and able to provide proof of insurance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in the long-term care industryPrevious experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service settingThe ability to concentrate on a task over a period without being distracted.Independent work in the field requiring a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to finish tasks on time with little supervision.  Use and understand verbal and written communication to interact with customers and colleagues.Being able to recognize a problem, self-diagnosis proactively as they arise and own to resolution.

Physical Demands:

May sit, stand, stoop, bend and walk intermittently during the day. May sit or stand seven (7) to ten (10) hours per day. May be necessary to work extended hours as needed. Finger dexterity to operate office equipment required. May need to lift to twenty-five (25) pounds on occasion. Visual acuity to see and read fine prints. Specific vision abilities required by this role include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to hear normal voice sounds. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this role.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 - $38.82

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
