Account Manager - Remote

The purpose of this role is to support the Client Director in delivery on the account, managing the capabilities and team to ensure on-time delivery and excellence in execution. You will play a key role in driving collaboration internally and externally with our client and partners. You will drive the day-to-day operations of email/SMS/mobile push services delivery.  You will ensure our teams are organized and well positioned to deliver for our clients. You will engage directly with our clients, but also other teams. You will report to the Email Portfolio Lead Director. This is a remote role.

Key responsibilities:

You will support Client Director to deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs.

You will manage the setup of CRM campaigns within Braze.

You will work collaboratively across dentsu and across network as needed using knowledge of products and services to drive business value for clients and dentsu.

You will project manage clients’ communications plans including timelines and budget.

You will review plans to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better and different ways of working.

You will effectively lead and motivate internal team to produce best in class work.

You will provide accurate plan details and updates to clients.

Job Requirements:

4-6 Years in Account management

The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000 - $110,400. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
