Purpose - the responsibility is to ensure sales and service in his territory to deliver data, voice, broadband and fixed line business in the assigned territory. front end the relationship with customer and become the single poc for customer for all three line of business.
Ensure customer Market share (CMS) and Revenue market share (RMS) growth in both existing and new accoun.
key deliverables-
Deliver data, voice and fixed line installation as per assigned targets new account break-in for data, voice and fixed line cross sell multi product lines in existing and bew customer build and maintain healthy funnel for all three LObs with earmarked levels of maturity be aware of competition plans and collect insights for market intelligence monitor competition customer offerings and planning sales interventions for differnt class of clients. build and maintain strong and long lasting client relations negitiate and close orders to maximise revenue deveop new business through upsell and cross sell ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions as per client needs
