Job Overview

Reports to: Regional Operations Manager, Hard Rock Canada.
Shift: 5 x 2 – Monday to Friday
Location: Sudbury, Ontario
Percentage of Travel: 40-50%

Key Job Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing all aspects of the customer relationship Provide quotations for products, contracts, or parts supply as required Ensure timely resolution of challenges, including product availability, parts planning and invoicing Collaborate and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders (sales, service, parts, and support teams) to ensure seamless delivery of products and services Develop and implement contingency plans to address critical shortages and ensure business continuity Manage and negotiate contracts, including pricing, terms, and conditions Plan aid and support to customers, including on-site parts and LCM management Gather and present information to customers, including market trends, product updates, and technical data Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction Ability to demonstrate and present in customer and product review meetings. Participate in and be committed to a strong safety culture to participate in and achieve Komatsu's organizational safety, health, and environmental goals Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and EHS protocols Qualifications/Requirements A Degree or relevant certification in business, marketing or communications is an asset Underground Heavy Equipment knowledge, with basic mechanics, hydraulics and electrical expertise Underground application in mining methods is an advantage Previous experience in customer relations and account management Proven and demonstrated ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally Proven and demonstrated leadership skills with a strong ability to communicate at multiple levels Strategic thinker - strong ability to see opportunities and ability to convert into added value proposals for our clients Verbally presents messages in a clear, concise manner SAP and solid MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) Additional Information
