Sales Account Management & Business Development Hybrid role for Industrial Segments with Pearlescent Pigment business.
Sales Account Management, planning, new opportunities development activities.
The goal is to grow and maximize sales numbers by owning customers' accounts, customer relationship externally, and also collaborating with Marketing, Customer Services, Supply Chain, Innovation & Application, as well as Onahama production team internally.
Target customers would be: One of the segments for masterbatch, Ink, coating companies, including Key accounts as direct responsibility. Also required good interaction with distributors, product planning & Marketing agencies, Research Institutes, Industrial Associations, etc. on B to B business management basis.
Business Development, Business planning, Market assessment & development, Project team management & support activities.
This role requires to assess the future market direction of potential focus market for our growth. To identify the projects, required milestones and action plans, establish the project to kick off and lead. Also collaborating with sales account managers, Regional Marketing, Innovation and Applications, Customer Services, Supply Chain Management, to maximize our future potential pipelines as whole for responsible territories.
Requirements:
- Sales & Marketing experience in B to B material business for more than 3 year - Working experience in global environment business (both from muti-national companies and Japanese companies are acceptable)
- Coating, Plastics, Ink industry business experiences are highly valued.
- Chemical or Business-related degree
- Good Business level English - Positive and forward looking mind-set + good learning agility.
- Good Interpersonal relation management skills.
