Description
\n\t\t\t\t\t- Direct sales of products to both current and potential customers. Opportunities include boat builders, dealers, marine distributors, and various other potentials outside of the marine industry.\n- Develop new sales areas by identifying potential customers, establishing connections, and cultivating business relationships.\n- Introduce products and provide technical support for the ever-growing list of items offered.\n- Participate in product research, design, and development.\n- Serve as a liaison for new customers and projects from design to delivery, by collaborating with the internal team and managing timelines to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.\n- Research and follow the latest industry trends, both local and international, and create new opportunities for viable income streams.\n- Travel and participation in industry trade shows required.

\n\t\t\t\t\tAdditional Skills & Qualifications
\n\t\t\t\t\t-Extensive knowledge of the marine industry at the OEM manufacturer, distributor, dealer, and retail levels.\n- Must have excellent communication skills and a proven track record of sales growth while developing and maintaining customer relationships.\n- Strong mechanical aptitude required, experience regarding marine engine components and rigging skills a plus.\n- Ability to prospect and create opportunities for revenue growth outside of the marine industry.\n- Minimum three years’ experience managing a sales territory and moderate computer skills.\n- Ensure compliance with laws on safety and environment.

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
