Our Upstream Chemicals team oversees our chemical technology solutions for hydrocarbon production, transportation and processing. We provide chemicals and support to enhance plant processes, improve productivity, manage water treatment, and resolve environmental issues.

As the Account Manager - Upstream Chemicals, you’ll be responsible for promoting and selling upstream chemicals & opening doors of Baker Hughes to promote the chemicals business and expanding the business of Oil production in KSA.
As the Account Manager - Upstream Chemicals, you will be responsible for:
· Identifying and building long-term strategic relationships with key customers and markets to develop partnerships and opportunities
· Identifying key process and chemical sales targets within your market to develop sales plans and deliver new business
· Partnering with a team of technical sales representatives to build growth in KSA
· Building relationships and trust with key customers through value-selling and technical solutions
· Engaging and communicating with key stakeholders at customer facilities to cultivate current and new business
· Contributing to frameworks for prices and conditions. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.
· Collaborating and communicating with other engineering teams to track the design process and deliver projects on time
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
· Have a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical/Petroleum/Industrial Engineering
· Have 4+ years of experience in a Chemicals role within Oil & Gas
· Have 3+ years of sales experience (preferably within upstream chemicals)
· Demonstrate an aptitude for building trusted relationships and show an understanding of customer requirements and market conditions
· Be able to identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
· Be a good team player and have experience of working in safe, environment
· Be able to identify new business opportunities, set specific progress goals, and be accountable to your targets
