Key Responsibilities: + The account managers will be responsible for seeking proposals from various health insurance companies. + Once the relevant information is received, the account managers will create cost comparison exhibits which can be shared and reviewed internally by their senior management team. + The role will work directly with sales personnel and other account managers and function as a key team member within their organization. Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree of any related field. + Atleast 5 years work experience related to Account Manager. + Must have a background in health insurance or preferably they would have work for an insurance brokerage + Proficient in Office 365 applications such as Outlook and Microsoft Excel. + Must understand insurance terminology such as deductible, copays, co-insurance, etc. + Have experience with the US health insurance market is a huge plus. + Must be very organized and detailed oriented. + Must have excellent English skills. Preferred Skills: + Knowledge of health insurance terminology, policies, and procedures. + Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant customer service tools. + Adaptability and willingness to learn and navigate complex systems. + Team-oriented mindset with a positive and collaborative attitude.
