The Role
The Veeva Team is looking for experienced Account Partners to drive sales within the Pharmaceutical Industry. As an Account Partner, you will be responsible for aligning customer objectives with Veeva’s Commercial Cloud solutions for Pharmaceutical Accounts. The successful candidate will do so by communicating across various business functions, organizational levels (including C-level), and technology departments. Creativity, initiative, and the ability to work effectively within a growing team are critical.What You'll DoUnderstand and present the Veeva products and inspire prospect interestManage relationships with key stakeholders across business, IT, and C-levelLead long-term relationships and transactions with existing customers through customer successMeet/exceed pipeline generation and revenue targetsManage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriateBe willing to travelRequirements5+ years of experience in working as a large enterprise account management or working in a pharmaceutical companyExperience in selling software or providing consulting servicesAbility to understand customer business needs and propose and implement appropriate solutionsStrong relationship-building skills with stakeholders, including C-level executivesA proactive approach to managing complex sales processes and achieving resultsExcellent communication and presentation skillsMust be highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervisionExperience working successfully in a rapidly changing environment4-year degree requiredNative JapaneseBusiness Level of EnglishNice to HaveUnderstanding of content management challenges in the life sciences industry and value of CRM is desiredPerks & BenefitsHealth & wellness programsVeeva’s headquarters is located in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in more than 15 countries around the world.
