Job Description
Handle invoice processing (200-300 weekly), data entry, document matching, and check distribution (3 times a week). Conduct weekly check runs and manage monthly lease/rent payments. Ensure proper documentation and authorization for payment requests, resolve accounts payable disputes and discrepancies, and maintain vendor records. Process 1099 setups, prepare and distribute 1099 statements, assist with month-end close activities, manage the shared AP mailbox, and distribute daily mail. Audit the day before bi-weekly payroll, reconcile company credit card statements, prepare bank deposits, assist with the annual 401k audit, set up employees in the company intranet for expense report processing, perform additional accounting or administrative tasks, process supply orders, and attend meetings and workshops. Assist with departmental projects and audit requests.

Work onsite 5 days a week from 7:30-4:30 or 8-5 with a mandatory lunch break. Flexible with PTO/appointments. Will be cross-trained. There are two other temps in different areas of the company that can assist with AP as well.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00
