What You'll be Doing:
As an Account & Relationship Management Executive, you will manage a portfolio of accounts, with a significant role in setting and negotiating product/service terms. You will leverage your deep understanding of business and account needs to create demand for the organization's products and services, driving revenue and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Tasks:
Develop in-depth relationships with key decision-makers in assigned accounts.Conduct thorough needs analysis to align products/services to customer requirements.Negotiate terms and close sales with a high degree of authority.Develop and implement targeted sales strategies.Track and analyze sales performance metrics and tailor strategies accordingly.Conduct regular status meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities.Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.Support clients during the implementation of products/services.Resolve complex customer issues promptly and effectively.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the account portfolio.You're a Great Fit if You Have/Can:
