Wolters Kluwer is looking for an Account & Relationship Manager to join the international Legal Software Sales team.

You will be responsible for building and, most importantly, maintaining effective long-term relationships with your (international) client portfolio. A key aspect of the role is always being a good listener for your clients. In addition, you will focus on developing sales strategies for small to large accounts.
Relationship management is essential in this role. Maintaining post-sales contact with clients to foster a positive and productive long-term relationship is crucial. You'll take the time to discuss any issues or suggestions with clients, assisting and guiding them wherever possible.
What will you do?
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, identifying and seizing market opportunities.Create sales strategies for your existing clients and manage sales cycles.Communicate with Dutch and international clients to resolve any account-related issues.Negotiate service/product terms with clients based on agreed arrangements.Provide suggestions and solutions to your colleagues in the sales and customer support teams where needed.Identify opportunities for upselling or add-ons within your existing client base.When necessary, travel to and attend conferences, events, and client meetings.What do we ask of you?
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.2+ years of experience in Account Management or Sales (experience with software/SaaS sales is a plus).Familiarity with negotiating, preparing quotes, and acting as a sparring partner for your clients.Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.Fluent command of English, both written and spoken. Fluency in Dutch is preferred.Ability to consistently deliver high-quality work under pressure.Our Offer
