You bring the talent; we bring the opportunity. + Provides assistance to the department in the areas of loans, deposits and account servicing. + Provides excellent customer service and represents the bank in a professional and responsible manner. + Adheres to compliance, security, state and Federal regulations, bank policies, procedures and goals. + Provides assistance to Officers in collecting and analyzing financial and related data. + Assists in preparing loan package and coordinates submission to the Centralized Loan Center for underwriting and document preparation. + May accompany Officers on customer calls and interviews to obtain an understanding of the business relationship/loan request as a means to providing assistance to the Officer in developing strategies to most effectively meet the needs of the customer. + Provides research on loan and deposit accounts as needed. + Opens new accounts and cross-sells bank products and services. + Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: + Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years experience in banking, loans, deposits, account servicing or other directly related experience. + College degree preferred. + Proficient knowledge of branch operations, including loans, deposits, new accounts, banking principles and policies. + Working knowledge of various word processing and spreadsheet software. + Must have excellent customer service and communications skills. + Ability to work with relationship managers and clients as needed.
