Position Description:
Ryerson has an opportunity for a Customer Experience Representative position. As a Customer Experience Representative, you are responsible for Daily interaction with large OEM, multimillion-dollar customer base on a contractual business, responding quickly to customer’s quotations, needs, inquiries, and concerns and expeditiously process customer orders (i.e quotations and order entry).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work to foster strong relationships with internal and external customers
• Share any interaction and involvement with customers that might require the outside salesperson’s attention or may result in additional sales
• Demonstrate understanding of goals and incorporating business goals to achieve sales and profitability
• Co-lead SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) process to ensure effective customer relationship management
• Managing customized solutions for key customers
• Working closely with territory managers, credit, inventory, systems, warehouse, and other departments in the company
