Account Representative Location: East Syracuse, NY Job ID: #69414 Pay Range: $18-22 Schedule: M-F 8am - 5pm EST 75% Onsite once fully trained Job Description: Provides strategic direction for pre-delivery and after-sale support to customers which may include product ordering, availability and delivery. Duties will vary as required including data entry, basic reporting, phone calls, emails. Preparing basic reports and assisting customers with pre-delivery and post- sales such as order entry, order status, expedite delivery, price and availability, and limited technical support.
