Account Representative

$14-$15/hr 

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm 

 

Responsibilities: 

Manage incoming phone calls  Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction  Build sustainable relationships and great interactive communication Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions  Documentation 

Requirements: 

Customer Service experience  Phone etiquette CRM software knowledge  Experience with excel  High School Diploma 

Benefits and Pay: 

$14-$15/hr  401K Insurance  PTO  Commission  Direct Deposit- Paycards available
