We are seeking a talented individual to join our Account Management team at Marsh. This role will be based in Tampa. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Account Representative will play a vital role in enhancing the client experience, driving new business, and facilitating retention throughout the client lifecycle.
We will count on you to:
Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Support the account team in driving new business opportunities and facilitating client retention. Prepare and present proposals and reports to clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in account management or client services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.What makes you stand out:
