Summary:
Reporting to the Transaction Banking Client Service Manager, the Account Representative will act as a point of contact for the company's banking segments via phone or email for wire inquiries, service assistance and problem resolution. They will ensure issues are addressed appropriately, accurately and in a timely fashion, provide excellent client service support and respond to client inquiries timely, and support Phone/Email/Secured Message channels to resolve client inquiries.
Responsibilities:
* Work with target clients and internal service partners to advocate client needs and solutions
* Use product knowledge to resolve challenging client issues and conduct root cause analysis
* Provide excellent client service support and respond to client inquiries timely
* Support Phone/Email/Secured Message channels to resolve client inquiries
* Ensure policy guidelines are followed to mitigate risk and compliance issues
