As an Account Representative, a typical day might include the following:
Provide sales support for assigned territory including activities such as quoting and lead qualification.Promote sales and track progress toward sales goals by regularly following up on open quotes, providing input for forecasting, and reporting on sales.Support customer visits to develop relationships, deliver and receive pertinent information regarding customer accounts, and at times represent SEL at tradeshows, conferences and events.Assist with managing, identifying and following up on opportunities to increase sales.Provide customer service for assigned customers to support order processing/fulfillment or RMA’s, manage and resolve customer feedback, and manage NPS/survey responses and resolution.Provide administrative and customer service support to management, sales engineers, or outside sales reps for assigned customers.This job might be for you if you have:
5+ years of account management, technical sales, or related experienceA bachelor's degree or related experienceThe ability to juggle multiple tasksStrong computer and business software skillsStrong organization and time management skillsThe ability to learn concepts and technical details of productsThe ability to work independently as well as cooperatively in a team environmentA self-starter mentality with a high level of self-motivation and accountability.The ability to travel up to 15%Working knowledge of SEL products and systems (preferred)Location

Pay Range Data
$31.60 – $38.70 per hour. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
