Mesa Energy Systems is a HVAC mechanical services company that provides fully integrated solutions for preventative maintenance and repair, upgrading existing mechanical, electrical, and controls systems to provide the most efficient economic solutions to meet customer expectations. **Job Title:** Account Representative **Principal Duties and Responsibilities** + Learn and understand the COINS TI System. + Accessing company CRM systems to process pre-sale and customer reports for senior leadership. + Generate small quotes/proposals accordingly + Attend all maintenance contract renewal meetings + Support preparation of bid temps and proposals related to maintenance contracts + Proactively communicate with sales account managers regarding renewals being addressed + Review, Approve, and Update Equipment Files in the COINS TI System. + Communicate with vendors as needed to gather costs for services needed to be quoted + Amend, adjust, and change scopes, bid temps, presentation documents, etc., as required or requested. + Prepare booking packages for work quoted and sold by CSR or as requested by management + Present new technology and enhanced PM services when presented with an opportunity + Relaying client feedback by reporting all findings, customer opinions, pictures, and results to company leadership + Maintain constant communication with the Branch, Service, or Salesperson being supported. + Attend and participate in sales and operational meetings + Sustaining long-term client relationships + Developing relationships with new clients + Assist with dispatch activities for coverage or other duties as assigned. **Job Specifications** (incl. Education requirements, minimal experience, computer skills required, etc.) + Bachelors in marketing, communications, business administration, or equivalent experience. + 2+ years’ experience in customer service + Experience in the HVAC is preferred + Strong customer presentation skills and a demonstrated sales aptitude + Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office required. + Competitive nature + Reliable, self-driven, organized, articulate, and goal-oriented. + Excellent problem-solving skills + Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills + Excellent organizational and time management skills + Adept at recognizing diverse customer personalities and adjusting interactions to fit each one.
