Account Representative I, Fulfillment Recruitment & Development

US 3P Business is seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Representative for our Fulfillment Recruitment & Development sales team (www.amazonservices.com). This position is chartered with developing and managing a sales pipeline mix of both high value and transactional accounts while executing sales and account management strategies to deliver results that will exceed aggressive output goals. Specifically, this individual will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers of prospective and existing accounts, along with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create and present compelling Amazon solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements. Ideal candidates must possess 3+ years of successful sales experience delivering results, preferably in e-commerce, finance, retail technology, logistics or software industries. Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach is required. Experience selling nascent products/services into new markets is valuable. Candidates must have strong communication and presentation skills, comprehensive experience using Excel and MS Office applications, an ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, and passion for continuous improvement through collaboration and teamwork. A bachelor's degree is required.

This position will be focused on the recruitment and development of Amazon Sellers with Handmade products into the FBA program, and optimizing fulfillment capabilities. Specifically, this individual will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers of prospective and existing accounts, along with internal stakeholders and cross- functional teams to create compelling Amazon solutions that drive Seller’s Amazon growth.
A day in the life
In this role you will manage a sales pipeline on a daily basis - reaching out to existing Amazon Sellers via phone and email to educate on the benefits of FBA. Once committed you will train and consult the Sellers to better optimize their fulfillment capabilities and be self-sufficient in the future.

You will be joining a sub-team of FBA Sales devoted to enrolling Handmade products. This sub-team is part of the greater Fulfillment Recruitment & Development Team (~50 Account Representatives) within US 3P Business. The organization's overarching charge is helping Amazon 3P Sellers more effectively sell and ship their products on Amazon.com.
