Summary: Seeking an Account Sales Manager to develop and manage a portfolio of local/regional accounts, focusing on packaging solutions.

Job Requirements:

4-6 years in business-to-business outside sales, preferably in the printing/packaging industry

Prior experience selling to manufacturers in multiple industries

Current Driver's license

Proven ability to achieve sales quotas

Willingness and ability to travel as necessary

Preferred Skills:

Background in the packaging industry for higher compensation range

Highly organized with excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to shift priorities based on customer needs

Job Responsibilities:

Identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects' position in the industry

Research and analyze sales options

Establish contact and develop relationships with prospects; recommend solutions

Maintain client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance

Identify product improvements or new products by staying current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors

Learn new design innovations both graphic and structural

Understand customer's manufacturing processes related to shipping containers

Negotiate terms for price adjustments

Maintain professional knowledge through educational workshops, reviewing publications, networking, and benchmarking practices

Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
