Position: Account Services Manager
Territory: All New England states - work from home when not on the road visiting clients (day travel and some overnights)

The Account Services Manager primarily focuses on the development and execution of sales plans, business development, member retention, and relationship building. The Account Services Manager will assist with obtaining feedback, helping prepare for trade shows, and ensuring the accuracy of our CRM.
Responsibilities:
• Formulating and implementing annual sales strategies
• Business development in the specified territory and member sector
• Retaining existing members and cultivating new ones
• Building and maintaining productive relationships with clients
• Participating in and evaluating trade shows to extend brand reach
• Providing marketing feedback based on member interactions
• Utilizing CRM to maintain up-to-date information
• Assisting in resolving customer needs
• Account Management and Key Account Management activities
• Business development with municipalities.
Robert Half's client is headquartered in Amherst, MA and they serve customers all across the New England states. This position will require occasional meetings to their corporate office in Amherst, with the rest of the time working from home and visiting customers throughout the region.

Requirements • Must possess in-depth knowledge and experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and ERP Solutions
• Demonstrated expertise in managing Buying Processes
• Excellent communication skills are essential, both written and verbal
• Proven record of providing exceptional member or customer service
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team effectively
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to enhance member services
• Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex issues in a timely manner
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant work experience in a member services or customer service managerial role is highly desirable.
