Job Title: Account Specialist

Job Description

Under general supervision, the Account Specialist provides full account management support to business, commercial, industrial, national, and/or government customers. This role involves handling customer requests and complaints, interfacing with vendor partners and management to resolve issues, and performing other customer support tasks such as claims processing, contractor invoices, enrollment, billing, and fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a relevant field (customer service, sales, customer accounting, claims, and/or revenue recovery) and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

ResponsibilitiesBecome a main point of contact for our customers and provide exceptional support to enable their success.Manage each issue to resolution while providing clear communication and expectations.Provide support to residential solar installation companies and consumers.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to proprietary software platforms, solar panels, inverters, monitoring systems, and other solar components.Collaborate closely with other departments to escalate and resolve complex technical issues promptly.Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat.Become an expert on both financing and sales/operations workflows.Act as a knowledge resource and escalation point for our customers.Provide solutions to problems while educating and training customers.Document customer interactions with accurate and detailed interaction logs.Serve as a voice of the customer and work with the team to improve the program and processes.Work with team members, supervisors, and management to adhere to quality standards and achieve service level goals.Proactively escalate potential issues or anomalies to management.Identify and recommend improvements to internal support tools and drive scalable solutions to support the growing customer base.Create a positive work environment through collaboration with teammates.Work Environment

This position requires availability to work rotating shifts from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM EST. The shifts will likely be Tuesday through Saturday. The work environment emphasizes collaboration and creating a positive atmosphere with direct teammates.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
