Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Account Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing timely insights, and working to improve operational efficiency.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure continued partnership.Communicate shipment updates proactively and accurately, ensuring a customer-centric approach.Analyze customer inquiries and provide quality and timely insights and updates to customers.Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.Respond to customers with a sense of urgency to provide an excellent customer experience.Leverage the company's global technology platform, Navisphere, to generate reports, analyze load data, and exceed customer expectations.Network internally with Account Management, Operations, and Capacity teams.Essential SkillsData entryAccount managementOrder entryCustomer service1-2 years of Account Manager experienceProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience with ERP systemsLogistics knowledgeSales experienceRelationship buildingAdditional Skills & QualificationsAbility to travel up to 5% (domestically)High School Diploma or GED equivalentPay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
