Job Summary:
As an Account Specialist IV within the Solutions Middle Office India team, you will have the opportunity to support Portfolio Managers globally and engage in activities that ensure seamless reporting for the Asset Management business. You will be responsible for maintaining production infrastructure, ensuring data quality, and meeting strict deadlines. This role will challenge you to navigate the team and business through potential issues, manage deliverables, and liaise with third-party providers. Your ability to work independently, build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, and handle escalations will be key to your success. This role supports North America Hours.
Job Responsibilities:
Check on Price and Analytics at the start of days. Produce and interpret results from internal clients. Foresee and navigate team and business through upcoming issues. Manage deliverables while servicing all ad hoc queries and requests. Liaise with third-party providers to validate Daily Variance on Analytics. Maintain static data within the system, validate performance data, and reconcile discrepancies. Identify and classify assets within the system. Run and distribute reports, execute pre-defined queries (jobs) in the system, and prepare and produce MIS/presentations.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
Ability to work independently and seek guidance proactively. Prior experience with applications like Bloomberg and Point is required. Strong team player capable of building relationships across functions and geographies. Result-oriented, willing to accept responsibilities and challenges beyond comfort zones. Positive outlook with a desire for personal and functional success. Effective partnership with peers, subordinates, managers, and functional partners. Ability to manage escalations by liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of investment products and experience in automated processing environments. Client-focused with risk awareness and excellent attention to detail. Strong academic background with at least 3 years of relevant experience and excellent MS skills. Fluent in English, supporting North America hours, with basic knowledge of the securities market and financial products.
