People who want to make a difference, come here for something different. https://www.bartleboglehegarty.com **Overview** This will be a role for Smucker’s Food & Beverage business which consists of six key brands (Uncrustables, Jif, Smucker’s, Dunkin’ at Home, Café Bustelo & Folgers); however, this role will focus on the following brands: + Uncrustables + Dunkin’ + Café Bustelo The Account Supervisor will work closely with the Account and Client teams to ensure success and results for their brands. They will be key in: + Collaborating and facilitating the PSOne interdependent team to deliver against focused objectives. + Strengthening internal and external relationships and trust, while helping shape the team dynamic. + Managing the cross-channel processes and teams to ensure successful execution of strategic and creative development, production and results. + Driving tactical execution of longer-term projects as well day-to-day activities. + Ensuring creative work is on strategy and bold, that the work is truly integrated for sustainable and measurable campaigns. + This leader will be the ‘conductor’ of the team comprised of Account, Strategy, Project Management, Creative, Production, Data & Analytics, PR & Influencer, Commerce, Media. They will partner with senior leadership to ensure efficient delivery of the client’s scope of work. **Responsibilities** Essentials: + A passionate and personable partner who can develop and maintain strong relationships internally and with clients who believe in “people first, business second” + Support a positive and passionate culture rooted in trust and collaboration + Proactive, solution-oriented and positive can-do attitude through all tasks big and small + Leadership qualities to inspire internal and external partners + Develop team talent and skill set; mentor junior staff and manage direct reports (AE, with support from AAE) + Be the Client’s indispensable partner and drive success across the board + Be recognized as an effective and reliable brand steward + Connect the dots between opportunity and action and results + Proactively resolve day-to-day client management including requests regarding ongoing project development and quality control + Seek opportunities to advance the client relationship and build agency business + Work with cross-functional and Client team to unleash the integrated team capabilities + Be the champion of the bold creative and great work and an ally to the creative teams + Strategically minded with the ability to evaluate work on brand strategy + Be committed to the highest standards for all agency work + Effectively support great work and drive the team to execute with excellence + Fluency across all skill sets to drive an integrated team’s efforts toward focused goals + Demonstrate an understanding of the roles and metrics of other communication channels and have the ability to support integrated efforts + Maintain knowledge of all timelines, deadlines, processes, integration points + Work closely with Project Manager to create and manage production timelines and delivery of campaigns on schedule + Manage budget, traffic and talent across all brands + Strong communicator – to manage up and across all the disciplines within the team + Ability to tactfully tailor the message depending on the audience + Proactively address future problems and opportunities; don’t shy away from hard conversations, elevate situations when necessary + Industry Savvy – Stay up to date on all relevant activity from competitors and peripheral categories **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Advertising or related field, preferred + 4+ years of advertising/marketing experience and ideally 1-2 years of managerial experience + Strong experience working with a cross-functional/multi-discipline team and clients (ideally CPG) to deliver seamless integration in process and work + Established credibility and proven leadership abilities among colleagues and Clients + Exceptional writing, speaking and presentation skills + Problem solving mentality + Strong background in Broadcast, OLV, Digital and Social production and execution **Additional information** Compensation Range: $73,910 - $116,380 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
