Position Summary:
The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in managing and overseeing key accounting functions. Reporting directly to our leadership team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of three, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes, and driving operational improvements. The ideal candidate is a CPA with 4-5 years of experience, preferably straight out of public accounting, and eager to bring their expertise to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee general accounting functions, including account reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end close processes. Manage and mentor a team of three direct reports, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Drive process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy across the organization. Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial decision-making. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, accounting policies, and internal controls.Requirements:
Active CPA license. 4-5 years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for candidates straight out of public accounting. Solid expertise in GAAP and financial reporting principles. Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and influence cross-departmental initiatives. Proficiency with accounting software systems and advanced Excel skills. Proven ability to adapt in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.What We Offer:
