Description We are excited to share a temp-to-hire opportunity for a Staff Accountant with tax preparation experience to join a well-established firm in Bartlesville. This is a 100% onsite role offering a salary range $40,000 - $65,000 of annually, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in: • Preparing business tax returns (S-Corps, Partnerships, C-Corps, CRTs, 990s). • Preparing personal tax returns, including Schedule C, E, and F. • Bookkeeping for small businesses (payroll, bill pay, financial review). • Consulting with clients on tax and accounting matters, serving as their primary point of contact. Requirements What We’re Looking For: • Experienced & Trainable: Tax preparation and bookkeeping experience required. Familiarity with Ultra Tax and QuickBooks is a plus. • Organized & Deadline-Driven: Ability to manage multiple clients, meet deadlines, and deliver quality work. • Relationship-Focused: Enjoys working closely with clients and building trust. • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with tax/accounting software preferred.
