Accountant Job Description Reports to: CFO Hours: Monday-Friday, 1st Shift On-site everyday Summary: The Accountant must have excellent Excel skills and be willing and able to multi-task, be a team player, and be flexible with their daily work. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: -Maintain Direct and Indirect Labor Report for all divisions. -Balance Cash, clear checks, and provide reports to the Account manager. -Run Hot List and Aging report while reviewing for past due. Contact the customer as needed. -Prepare and enter Journal Entries for all divisions. -Apply A/R Cash into systems. -Run Crystal reports monthly to compare financials for accuracy. -Produce monthly commissions for all divisions and communicate to proper individuals. -Prepare year-end commissions for sales reps based on what they earned for the year. -Monthly reporting of Sales Reports. -Create Inventory Tickets and enter into an Excel file. -Maintain engineering change (cost roll ups), as directed. -Perform other similar or related duties as required or directed.
