Office-based

Responsibilities:

Manage financial records and bookkeeping in compliance with local legal and tax regulationsProcess financial documents, including invoices and expense reportsPrepare bank transfers and financial reports for clientsAssist in compiling monthly tax reports and yearly statutory reportsLiaise with vendors, support services, and employees on financial mattersMaintain and update country-specific procedures and local policiesParticipate in finance and accounting projects as required

QualificationsEducation in Finance/AccountingAt least 2+ years of hands-on experienceProfessional working proficiency in Polish and EnglishKnowledge of Accounting Principles (local GAP) and local regulationsKnowledge of and experience in SAP is a plusStrong communication skillsAbility to work accurately, multitask, and thrive in a dynamic team environmentProblem-solving skills and attention to detail
