This role will be a significant contributor to the accounting and reconciliation of our Treasury and Adjacent Services operations.
What You’ll Do Prepare journal entries for our Treasury and Adjacent Services operations in NetSuite Reconcile property settlement statements to cash paid or received Investigate and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with title agencies Prepare month-end balance sheet reconciliations, supporting schedules and fluctuation analyses Prepare journal entries for cash transactions and reconcile cash to bank statements Assist with Opendoor's financial statement preparation and financial statement audit Identify and implement process improvements through automation to support the company’s growing business operationsBonus points if you have Real estate accounting experience NetSuite or other ERP experience Licensed CPA or CPA candidate Basic understanding of SQL
