ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; prepares reports; supervises and maintains regular accounting processes.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Check local invokes, related documents and enter them into system, ensure they are complied with company policy and tax regulations
Assist in payment procedure: submit payment documents to seek authorization; coordinate with bank officers or other Departments to ensure such payments to be processed on time; upload required documents by the bank for oversee transfer and follow up to ensure all payments have been obtained signatures and approved on internet banking system
Assist in account payable closing including bank account reconciliation and related journal entries
Lead FA labelling for all new FAs and ensure pictures are taken and saved in shared drive timely and completely.
Initial review for all FA capitalization adjustment request from FA accountant
Control the FA disposal/write off/transfer procedures, ensure invoices are issued/income are recorded timely and accurately in system by FA accountant
Perform physical count planning report per company policies and procedures. Verify all the difference/supposing documents with operation team.
Review monthly AR balance sheet review and follow-ups
Support tax accountant in preparing data for monthly VAT reports, VAT refund and other tax related issues.
Fulfil other tasks as assigned
QualificationsWork experience as an Accountant at least 2-3 years
Good knowledge of accounting and tax regulations and procedures.
Bachelor of Finance & Accounting.
Advanced MS Excel skills
Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Proactive and enthusiastic
Strong organizational, time management skills and effective communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and organize workload, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under the pressure of deadlines.
Good command of English and Vietnamese
Able to traveling frequently
