Could This Be For You?We are seeking an Accountant, hybrid remote (2 days from home/3 days in office), for our Unapplied Cash team within the Revenue and Cash Accounting group. The Unapplied Cash team is responsible for reconciliation of unapplied cash within our reconciliation software and identifying opportunities to automate and enhance our processes.
The primary focus of this role is to support accurate financial reporting of Unapplied Cash through reconciliation of Cash transactions to Accounts Receivable postings. This is an hourly, non-exempt position based out of our corporate HQ office in Austin's Domain. In-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of each week.
Your ImpactThe Accountant will:
Reconcile bank deposits to accounts receivable postingsAssist with aspects of the monthly, quarterly and yearly close processAssist in the fulfillment of external and internal audit requirementsAssist in ad-hoc analysis of dataAssist with resolution of reconciliation issues Minimum QualificationsMinimum:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Preferred:
Experience in Oracle Cloud SystemsExperience in the medical/healthcare industry
