Role Purpose:

Oversee monthly deliverables timetable covering AP, AR, Cost Management and Client Accounting dutiesEnsure client requirements and quality procedures are followedSupport Regional Finance Manager with client reportingDrive automation of routine tasks

Key Responsibilities:

Produce month end reporting for client in agreed formats on all financial activities on the portfolio of properties managedProduction of annual budget and monthly forecastVariance reporting on actual vs budget/forecast Monthly review and sign off of bank reconciliationsOversee monthly deliverables timetable to ensure delivery dates are met across AP, AR, Cost Management and Client AccountingSales Tax reportingWithholding Tax monitoring and reportingProvide audit support for Annual SOC AuditReview and sign off monthly governance pack with internal stakeholdersAssist Regional Finance Manager with any ad-hoc requirementsAttend client meetings

Required Technical Experience:

Newly Qualified/Part Qualified AccountantExperience of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes and requirements for the region.Awareness of all basic property accounting conceptsKnowledge of IFRS16IT literate – Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel – minimum level to include Pivots and advances formulae

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $59,500.00 - $70,000.00
