Community West Foundation supports the Cleveland Clinic in running events for Fairview and Lutheran hospitals and providing program-related grants to both hospitals. The caregiver should report to the office daily (M-F) and occasionally evening and weekend events. **A caregiver in this position works days, 8:00am-4:00pm.** A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Prepare general ledger entries with monthly closing processes and reconcile general ledger accounts. + Perform departmental analysis as required or requested. + Assist with the development and administration of the organization's annual budget. + Serve as an interdepartmental liaison and works with external auditors to prepare for and facilitate audits. + Ensure departmental and organizational compliance with current accounting standards, hospital policies and applicable laws and regulations. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Bachelor's degree in accounting or other business area. + Strong computer skills needed, including proficiency in working with spreadsheets and database management software. Pay Range Minimum hourly: $20.77 Maximum hourly: $31.68 The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
