Responsibilities

Provide strong accounting support across company operations. Guide and support the Finance Clerk, ensuring cost-effective operations. Manage budgets, financial reports, and statements. Conduct financial analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Lead and manage teams across various levels. Prepare for and meet tight deadlines. Maintain effective communication and build relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

Matric certificate. Degree/Diploma in Financial Management (mandatory). Completion of SAICA articles (preferred). Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, ideally within the construction, warehouse, or technical industries. Valid driver’s license. Clean criminal record. Strong numerical and financial acumen. High attention to detail and a deadline-driven work ethic. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English. Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy. Team-oriented yet capable of working independently.
