If you wish to know the status of your application, please use the candidate log-in on our career website as it will reflect any updates to your status.** **Job Summary:** Perform timely and accurate financial analysis and reporting to support Caterpillar's business processes. **Responsibilities:** Possible areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to: + Analyzing and reporting on Product Cost Monitor, focusing on machine costs related to current products. + Supporting strategic decisions of medium to high complexity by conducting financial analyses for various projects and cost reduction programs, as well as comparative studies on the competitiveness of machines produced in different locations. + Assisting with financial analyses for the introduction of new products (NPIs) and new sources (NSIs). + Supporting improvement projects and other initiatives related to Caterpillar's strategic business, while communicating with other Caterpillar factories worldwide. + Providing financial recommendations to global teams through economic feasibility studies for localizations, resourcing, insourcing, outsourcing, and other studies. Knowledge of financial/cost analysis and product structure. Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI). Pre-advanced English. **Top Candidates will have:** Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering. Strong experience with analytical and automation tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Python). Proven experience in financial analysis, costs, and product structures. Focus on process improvement, leading initiatives and projects with the team. Project leadership / Black Belt. MBA, Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or similar.
